At She Care Dubai, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. This policy outlines how cancellations are handled.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Customers may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

2. Orders Already Shipped

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • In such cases, you may follow our Return & Exchange Policy after receiving the item.

3. Cancellation by She Care Dubai

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

  • The item is out of stock.

  • Payment could not be processed successfully.

  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

  • Delivery details are incomplete or incorrect.

If your order is canceled by us, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued.

4. Refund Timeline

  • For approved cancellations, refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Store credit may be offered as an alternative for faster refunds.
