1. How can I create an account on She Care?
You can sign up using your email, mobile number, or social accounts (Google / Facebook / Microsoft). After registration, you will be asked to complete a quick beauty profile to personalize your shopping experience.
2. Are all products authentic?
Yes. All products sold on She Care are 100% authentic and sourced directly from manufacturers or authorized distributors.
3. What are the available payment methods?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and local UAE payment gateways.
In some cases, Cash on Delivery (COD) may also be available.
4. How much is the shipping fee?

5. How long does delivery take?

Orders within Dubai: 1–2 working days

6. Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
⚠️ Please note: Cosmetics and personal care items cannot be returned if opened due to hygiene reasons.
7. How do I request a refund?
Refunds are processed via the original payment method (card, wallet, or bank transfer) within 7–14 working days after the returned product is inspected.

If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may request a return after delivery in line with our Return & Exchange Policy.
9. How do I track my order?
You can track your order status on the “Track Your Order” page by entering your Order ID.
You will also receive SMS/email updates with tracking information.
10. I want to sell my products on She Care. How can I become a seller?
You can apply through our “Become a Seller” page. Each vendor gets a personal dashboard to:
